Individual Members, who are eligible to all privileges of the BERLIN CAPITAL CLUB as well as the network of all International Associate Clubs, have to be 21 years of age or over. The joining fee for members of the Club is € 4.600,00*. The monthly fee of € 146,00* as well as the F&B Deposit of € 20,00 are charged in full at the beginning of the year for the whole calendar year. If a member joins during the year, the monthly fee as well as the F&B deposit will be invoiced for the remaining months of the calendar year.

The memership fees can, if wished, also be setteled on a monthly basis, when a SEPA direct debit mandate has been issued. If the entry of the monthly fee is not guaranteed, the fee for the whole year will be claimed in total.

Corporate Membership can be acquired in the name of the corporation. Commercial and freelance companies as well as partnerships can apply for this. A Corporate Membership may be fully transferred to another company. A Corporate Member may suggest a person who would like to take out the amenities of the BERLIN CAPITAL CLUB. The joining fee for a Corporate Membership is € 6.900,00* and includes the membership of two members.

The monthly fee per person of € 146,00* as well as the F&B Deposit of € 20,00 are charged in full at the beginning of the year for the whole calendar year. If a member joins during the year, the monthly fee as well as the F&B deposit will be invoiced for the remaining months of the calendar year.

Corporate Members who need to cease their membership at the BERLIN CAPITAL CLUB due to private or job-related reasons can name another person in their place as member. This is under the condition that the Executive Committee approves and a payment, fixed by the club, is made.

The joining fee for every additional member is € 2.300,00*. 

The monthly fee per person of € 146,00* as well as the F&B Deposit of € 20,00 are charged in full at the beginning of the year for the whole calendar year. If a member joins during the year, the monthly fee as well as the F&B deposit will be invoiced for the remaining months of the calendar year.

This special membership is limited to a duration of 10 years. The Term of notice for this type of membership, as for all our membership types, is 90 days till the end of the Year and has to be done in written form.

The monthly fee of € 165,00* as well as the F&B Deposit of € 20,00 are charged in full at the beginning of the year for the whole calendar year. Corporate Members who need to cease their membership at the BERLIN CAPITAL CLUB due to private or job-related reasons can name another person in their place as member. This is under the condition that the Executive Committee approves and a payment, fixed by the club, is made. When joining during the year, dues are calculated pro rata.

The Young Executive Membership can be acquired provided the minimum age of 21 years has been reached and the maximum age of 30 years is not exceeded. This must be proven by the presentation of an official document. The membership is automatically converted into an Individual Membership at the age of 30 years, in janurary of the next calendar year and the regular annual fee is calculated. This membership is not transferable.

The joining fee for Young Executive Membership is € 900,00*.

The monthly fee of € 105,00* as well as the F&B Deposit of € 20,00 are charged in full at the beginning of the year for the whole calendar year. If a member joins during the year, the monthly fee as well as the F&B deposit will be invoiced for the remaining months of the calendar year.

The memership fees can, if wished, also be setteled on a monthly basis, when a SEPA direct debit mandate has been issued. If the entry of the monthly fee is not guaranteed, the fee for the whole year will be claimed in total.

People aged 21 or over can apply for a Life Membership. There are only limited assignments. These members are paying besides the one-off joining fee € 34.000,00 no annual dues.

Each membership is transferable to an individual, company, partnership or association. This takes effect, when the application has been approved by the Executive Committee of the Club and the necessary transfer fee, fixed by the Club, has been paid.

Any member may resign from the club if written notice is sent by registered mail to the club at least 90 days til the end of the year, the membership cards are returned and all fees and claims are settled.

1. The membership of the club is applied for by completing a form, which must include the applicant’s necessary personal data (standing data, billing information ecc.). Furthermore we point out, that the information of the applicant’s personal data is voluntary. Unless explicitly agreed the applicant’s data will be used solely for billing purposes.
2. Decisions regarding applications for membership are made by the applications committee, composed of members of the advisory board which advises and supports the club.
3. Upon approval by the committee, a one-off joining fee is payable.
4. The club is paid in addition an annual fee, payable pro rata in the first year of membership and in full in following years in January, payable within 7 days.
5. The club determines the level of both the joining fee and the annual fee.
6. Invoices, payable within 7 days, are sent by the club to members for both the joining and annual fees.
7. Members are issued individual invoices for services provided by the club, which they sign off.  At the end of each month the member is sent a statement giving the total amount owed, which is to be paid within 7 days.  
8. Members are to provide together with their application a form giving permission to the club to charge all monies owed directly to the applicant’s bank account. 
9. Leaving the club is possible when notice is given in writing at least 90 days in advance of the end of the year.  The joining fee cannot be offset from amounts owed to the club, or can the joining fee be repaid.     
10. An individual or corporate membership can be transferred to a third party upon payment of a transfer fee, to be determined by the club.  The member making the transfer can at their discretion require the new member to pay to them the joining fee which they have already paid.  Berlin Capital Club and IAC cards are only issued when those of the previous members have been returned.
11. Children from the age of 14, have access to the club facilities when accompanied by a member.
12. A member is fully responsible for all transactions carried out with a card issued to them which has been lost until they have reported its loss in writing to the general manager.  For the issuing of new cards an administrative fee of € 25 plus VAT is charged.
13. Members domiciled or resident abroad agree explicitly that any legal disputes arising are to be settled under German legal jurisdiction. It was agreed on Berlin as legal venue.
14. Should one of these regulations be or become invalid, this does not affect the other regulations.  The parties to the contract will in such a case replace the invalid regulation with a valid one which conforms to the intended purpose of the invalid rule as closely as possible.  The same applies to any gaps in the regulations.

These regulations make up a part of the agreement between the Berlin Capital Club and its members which is entered into upon application for membership.  It can be adapted or if necessary changed by the club at any time.
